What types of images work?
Any image containing event information: photos of schedules, screenshots of calendar apps, pictures of event flyers or posters, whiteboard photos with meeting times, and screenshots of emails or messages with event details.
What image formats are supported?
Text2ICS supports all common image formats including JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and HEIC. The maximum file size is 1MB.
How accurate is the image extraction?
Text2ICS uses advanced AI vision to read text from images. It works best with clear, well-lit images with readable text. Blurry or very low-resolution images may produce less accurate results.
How does event billing work for images?
Each event extracted from your image counts as 1 event from your plan. The Starter plan ($5) includes 100 events.
Can it read handwritten schedules?
Yes, the AI can read legible handwriting. For best results, use clear handwriting with good contrast against the background.
