How do I add a list of birthdays to my calendar?

Paste your birthday list — names and dates in any format — into the converter above. Text2ICS will create a calendar event for each birthday. Download the .ics file and import it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.

Can I make the birthday events repeat every year?

Text2ICS creates the initial events from your list. After importing the .ics file, you can set each event to repeat yearly in your calendar app. Tip: mention "yearly" or "annual" next to each date and the AI may detect the recurrence automatically.

What format should my birthday list be in?

Any format works. You can paste "John Smith — March 15", "Jane Doe, 04/22/1990", or even a casual list like "Mom's birthday is on June 3rd". The AI handles all common date formats.

Can I include ages or birth years?

Yes. If you include birth years, Text2ICS will use the full date. The event title will include the person's name so you can easily identify each birthday in your calendar.

How many birthdays can I add at once?

You can paste dozens of birthdays in a single block of text. Each one becomes a separate calendar event. The number of events you can extract depends on your plan — free users get 3 events to start.
